3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell Consumer Health Data under any circumstance without your separate, valid, written authorization as required by law.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors, our SMS/text messaging platform) under confidentiality obligations, and only as necessary to provide our Services
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect health and safety
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. No Geofencing

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
- Phone numbers collected for our text messaging program are used solely to send appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and support messages.

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- We retain records of your consent (date, method, and content of the consent obtained) as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing and messaging laws.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including Consumer Health Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a breach affecting your personal information or Consumer Health Data, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, relevant regulators, in accordance with applicable law and within the timeframes required by that law.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations (including applicable clinical/health recordkeeping requirements), and resolve disputes. Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify your information except where retention is required by law (for example, clinical recordkeeping requirements for treatment records).
9. Your Rights Under the Washington My Health My Data Act

- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Consumer Health Data, and access that data
- Withdraw consent for our collection or use of your Consumer Health Data at any time
- Request deletion of your Consumer Health Data, which we will honor and direct to any affiliates or service providers who received it, except where retention is legally required
- Not be discriminated against or denied Services for exercising these rights, except that withdrawing consent necessary to provide treatment may limit our ability to safely provide that treatment
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
10. Your General Choices and Rights
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements for health-related records.
11. Cookies and Website Analytics
